For consumer protection in the Sultanate of Oman, the customer has the right within 15 days from the date of receiving any commodity - with the exception of commodities
Perishable consumables - the right to replace or return them and get a refund
Without any additional cost if the commodity has a defect, or if it does not conform to the standard specifications or the purpose for which the contract was concluded, provided that evidence of its purchase from the supplier is submitted, provided that the defect does not result from the consumer’s misuse of the commodity.
In the event of an exchange or return after 15 days, there will be a delivery fee for the representative of the delivery company of 2 riyals from the customer to Ozri’s headquarters, or the customer can deliver the product himself to Ozri’s headquarters to avoid delivery fees.
No product can be exchanged or returned without reason in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law in the Sultanate of Oman.
In case of exchange or return, the product must be returned in its original packaging and delivered to the representative.
In the event that there is a warranty for the product, the warranty period will be mentioned in the product description.
The warranty does not include delivery fees.
The warranty will be registered in the Ozri store system with your phone number and order number.
In the case of warranty, you will be asked for your phone number or order number to verify the warranty.
